The Challenge
Existing video solutions suffered frequent dropped calls under poor cellular connections, fragmented patient record storage, and complex healthcare compliance audits that delayed launch schedules.
Engineering Solution
We developed a high-throughput Next.js 15 App Router web application integrated with WebRTC media servers. We implemented end-to-end encrypted medical messaging, role-based authorization, and automated Google Calendar sync.
